Coffee Shop Rebrand
As part of my HND qualification over the last academic year, we were given the task of rebranding - or recreating, our own coffee shop. This project involved researching into current coffee shop corporations and recreating a brand we felt had the potential to be successful and well suited to our given target audience. The name of my coffee shop - 'Coffee Chic' is targeted towards late teens to middle aged females, yet keeps a very monochrome and simplistic colour palette. As part of the rebranding process, we were to design a number of different items such as the napkins, uniforms, coffee cups, packaging, logos and interiors.
